San Francisco's food truck business is growing and food truck parks are opening up all around the city. With this increase in mobile food comes questions: How do owners start? Is it easier or harder than opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant? What are the benefits? Draw backs? We sat down with two food truck owners and a food truck park owner to answer some of these.
